Contract & Escrow Coordinator
You'll be the link between our clients, project teams, subcontractors, and licensed escrow agents, making sure every payment is released only against verified progress.
Current work in Atlanta includes high-rise offices and interstate interchanges.
What you'll do
- Prepare draw requests and supporting documentation for escrow agents
- Collect and track conditional and unconditional lien waivers
- Reconcile schedules of values, retainage, and change orders
- Keep payment status updates going to clients and subcontractors
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in construction accounting, contract administration, or escrow
- Strong Excel and document-management skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
Nice to have
- Experience with AIA G702/G703 pay applications
- Familiarity with state lien laws and prompt-payment rules
Pay details
- All pay shown is an estimated range for the location, not a fixed rate. Your actual starting rate is confirmed in your written offer and depends on experience, certifications, and skills test results.
- On public works projects, prevailing wage (Davis-Bacon or state prevailing wage) applies and may be higher than the listed range.
- Travel crews receive per diem for meals and lodging when working more than 50 miles from their home base.
- Salaried role, paid bi-weekly by direct deposit.
