What you'll do
- Bid and deliver concrete, formwork, or rebar scopes
- Provide supervision, labor, and small tools for your crew
- Meet schedule, quality, and safety requirements
- Submit monthly pay applications with lien waivers
Required qualifications
- Active business and contractor license where required
- General liability and workers' compensation insurance
- Completed W-9 and safety program documentation
Nice to have
- Bonding capacity
- DBE, MBE, WBE, or SBE certification
Pay details
This is an estimated range based on typical packages in this market, not a fixed price. Final contract values are set by bid and scope in the written subcontract. Work is paid against approved pay applications, and on qualifying projects, contract funds are held by an independent licensed escrow agent and released against verified progress.
