How it works

    Contract & escrow set up

    Owner, Cavero Edge Construction, and an independent licensed escrow agent sign the escrow instructions. Project funds are deposited with the escrow agent.

  2. Step 2
    Schedule of values

    We break the contract into measurable milestones and line items that everyone agrees on up front.

  3. Step 3
    Progress verified

    Each month, completed work is documented, inspected, and approved by the owner or their representative.

  4. Step 4
    Draw released

    The escrow agent releases funds for approved work only, against conditional lien waivers from us and our subcontractors.
